Originally from Ortonville Michigan, Joshua Lange is a licensed contractor who brings over a decade of hands-on experience and Midwestern work ethic to the UpState of South Carolina . After relocating his family and business to the Spartanburg area two years ago, Joshua relaunched Integrity Contracting with a clear mission: to provide homeowners and businesses with high-quality construction services rooted in honesty, fairness, and precision.

Joshua’s career in construction began shortly after College, when his father in law started to train him to take over his 25 year business. There he worked alongside seasoned journeymen and journeywomen in Michigan’s residential and commercial building sectors. From framing, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, and finish carpentry to remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, he quickly gained a reputation for being reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. What truly set Joshua apart was his communication style—he never left a client guessing. Every project came with a clear plan, upfront pricing, and consistent updates from start to finish. Always starting and finishing one job at a time, not leaving multiple jobs open and not finishing any.
When Joshua made the move to South Carolina in 2024, he saw not just a change in scenery, but an opportunity to build something lasting. Drawing on the values that shaped his career—transparency, integrity, and craftsmanship—he relaunched Integrity Contracting, aiming to raise the bar for the client experience in the region.

At Integrity Contracting, Joshua leads every project with a hands-on approach. Whether it’s a custom deck, a full home renovation, a bathroom remodel, a laundry room upgrade, garage mancave conversion, or a commercial build-out, he takes pride in doing things right the first time. His clients often remark on his attention to detail, from the precision of the finish work to the cleanliness of the job site. When he’s not on the job site, Joshua enjoys coaching his son’s Little League baseball team (he played for 15 years and played 2 years in college at SC4), spending time with his family, and staying active in the gym and with his local friends, known as the “Hockey Boys”. As a proud small business owner, he looks forward to many more years of helping South Carolina residents turn their construction dreams into reality—one honest project at a time. Integrity.
